Our free tier provides access to limited features (10 conversations per month) at no cost. This allows you to:
- Test the platform's core functionality
- Evaluate the AI conversation quality
- Determine if Dreamcatcher fits your learning style
- Explore the user interface and experience
We strongly recommend using the free tier before upgrading to a paid subscription.
3. Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of your first payment
- This applies only to your first subscription payment (not renewals)
- You must contact us at support@catch-your-dream.com to request the refund
- The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Subscription Renewals
After the initial 7-day period, subscription renewals are non-refundable. However:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time
- No refunds will be issued for subscription renewals
Exceptions

Fraudulent Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback for services that were properly provided, we reserve the right to pursue collection of the owed amount and may take legal action.

- Cannot be transferred to another account

- Minor outages (under 4 hours): No compensation required
- Moderate outages (4-24 hours): Service credit may be offered
- Major outages (24-48 hours): Pro-rated service credit will be provided
